Mobile & web apps Your customers can’t book, buy or reach you without a phone call. Customer-facing apps for iOS, Android and the browser. We design the flow around how your customers already behave, then build it to stay fast on a weak network and an older phone. AI agents & automation Your team spends the day copying, chasing and answering the same questions. Agents that take on real work: answering customers on WhatsApp, reading documents, scoring submissions, moving data between the tools you already pay for. Each one has clear limits and a person who can step in. SaaS & platforms You have a product idea, and need it built to carry thousands of paying users.     We start with how the work is done today: who does it, where it breaks, and what it costs you. You get a short written brief back, in plain language.

  2. Agree the first release

    We pick the one system that removes the most pain and scope it tightly. Price and timeline are fixed before any code is written.

  3. Build in the open

    You see working software every week or two, not a big reveal at the end. Feedback goes straight into the next round.

  4. Launch and look after it

    We deploy, train your team and stay on for support. Further features are added as separate, priced pieces of work.
